I’m a Nutritional Therapist, mum of two children and cookery book hoarder! The power of good food for good health is my passion - I love educating about food, sharing recipes and finding easy ways to get nutritious family meals on the table when life is busy.
I provide empathetic, non-judgemental, realistic nutrition coaching and advice to support your health and wellbeing, without compromising delicious meals or giving up everything you love. I specialise in digestive issues, female hormones, bone and joint health, allergies and weight management, working with adults and children. My nutrition plans are detailed and bespoke - designed for you and your personal health goals and backed by current scientific research. I empower my clients with knowledge about their food habits and choices, which helps make them feel better and perform better in their everyday lives.
I became a nutritionist following 20 years in the corporate sector when my son was diagnosed with severe food allergies and eczema. I have first-hand experience of the stress allergies can cause and offer guidance to help alleviate related symptoms. My own health was also compromised from long working hours and juggling family life – poor sleep, high stress and a high sugar diet led to low energy, IBS and skin issues. I resonate with how easy it is to put your own health at the bottom of the pile and rely on quick fixes to get through the day – I provide practical solutions to nourish yourself and your family well when time is poor and demands are high.
I am a graduate of The College of Naturopathic Medicine in Naturopathic Nutrition. I am fully insured and a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I focus on addressing root causes of individual health problems, aiming to reduce symptoms through dietary and lifestyle changes, promoting health and vitality for the body and mind. Areas I specialise in include:
My consultations are private one-to-one online sessions via zoom. We discuss your health in depth, from head to toe, building a holistic picture of you which informs your personal nutritional needs and requirements.

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic health care practice which utilises nutrition science to optimise good health and performance for an individual, supporting the body’s healing mechanisms and function of different systems. It works well alongside conventional medical practices, allowing people more control over their health and well-being through nutrition - using food, supplements and lifestyle adjustments which are specific to individual needs and health goals.
Nutritional Therapy can support lifelong healthy habit changes, weight management, increased energy levels or physical exercise and training requirements. It can also help improve symptoms relating to chronic health conditions such ongoing digestive disorders, chronic fatigue, food allergies, skin complaints, muscular aches and pains or recovery from more serious illnesses or surgery.
There is so much information and guidance available on the internet and social media, it is crucial to remember that not everything comes from a trustworthy source and might not all be relevant to you. This huge amount of content can be overwhelming and confusing to navigate – which is where a professional can help. A qualified and insured nutritional professional has the skills, knowledge and experience to support your dietary needs, and will have undertaken specific training to ensure that they can offer the best support to you.
